Gi Group SpA, prima Agenzia per il Lavoro Italiana, operante su tutto il territorio nazionale, ricerca per azienda leader specializzata nella gestione della logistica b2b e b2c SUPERVISOR Nell'ambito dello sviluppo dei plant logistici siti a Castel San Giovanni (PC), a diretto riporto dello Shift Leader, la risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione operativa e nel coordinamento della attività di magazzino. Attività principali: coordinare e gestire gli operatori di magazzino, fornendo feedback costanti per il raggiungimento dei target giornalieri di produzione e produttività; gestire e monitorare i flussi all'interno della propria area di competenza; monitorare i target assegnati, sia sotto il profilo operativo sia qualitativo; supportare attività di analisi, ove richiesto; curare la reportistica relativa al processo assegnato (good receive; stow-pick; packaging; o resi); collaborare con il team per garantire una gestione efficiente dei flussi merce giornalieri; verificare il corretto svolgimento delle attività operative nel rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza del lavoro (D.lgs 81/08). Sei il candidato ideale se: Hai esperienza pregressa nella logistica, preferibilmente in ruoli di supervisione o nella gestione di team in altri contesti; buone capacità relazionali e comunicative; Leadership e attitudine a motivare e coinvolgere i collaboratori; orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare excel; conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1); Contratto: FULL TIME 39 h settimanali Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto determinato in azienda, con possibilità di stabilizzazione. CCNL LOGISTICA,TRASPORTO MERCI e SPEDIZIONE. Range retributivo indicativo: 28.000 - 32.000 euro lordi annui, commisurati a esperienza, competenza ed eventuale seniority nel ruolo. Orario lavorativo: 5 gg lavorativi su turni 6-14 / 14-22 / 9-17 / 18-02 / 20- 04 dal lunedì alla domenica Benefit: Riconoscimento di voucher aziendali e/o premio di produzione. Ticket da 7 euro per giornata lavorata; corsi di formazione tecnico/personale; portale convenzioni aziendale.
