Gi Group, prima agenzia per il lavoro italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti, seleziona per prestigioso hotel 5 stelle lusso: SOUS CHEF - HOTEL 5 STELLE LUSSO (Milano) La risorsa affiancherà l'Executive Chef nella gestione operativa e nel coordinamento della brigata e del personale di plonge, garantendo elevati standard qualitativi, rispetto delle procedure e un'esperienza culinaria eccellente per gli ospiti. Principali responsabilità Coordinare Capi Partita, Cuochi e Commis, presidiando gli outlet assegnati durante il servizio e supervisionando la preparazione della linea e delle partite Gestire la turnazione del personale, la pianificazione di orari, ferie e ROL e formare le nuove risorse in coordinamento con Executive Chef e F&B Director Collaborare alla stesura dei menù stagionali, ideazione di prodotti personalizzati, schede costo piatti e schede allergeni Monitorare gli approvvigionamenti con Economato e Ufficio Acquisti, assicurando il rispetto del Food Cost target e la riduzione degli sprechi. Effettuare inventari di fine mese e gestire la reportistica di reparto (carico/scarico merci, registro temperature, ecc.) Supportare la predisposizione del budget di reparto, il monitoraggio mensile e l'analisi delle performance tramite software di Business Intelligence Requisiti Esperienza consolidata come Sous Chef in hotel 5 stelle/lusso o ristoranti di alto livello Leadership, organizzazione, gestione dello stress e capacità di coordinamento Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, parlata e scritta Dimestichezza con strumenti gestionali di cucina, analisi Food Cost e Business Intelligence Offriamo Contratto iniziale tempo determinato finalizzato all'inserimento Full time su turni (5 giorni a settimana), programmazione attuale con turno unico (no spezzato) CCNL Turismo, 3 livello RAL: 35.000 - 40.000 Benefit: Buoni pasto da 9€ per ogni giorno lavorato e Welfare Sede di lavoro: Milano centro.
