Per A2A Smart City, Società del Gruppo A2A che sviluppa progetti per città intelligenti, clienti Business e società del Gruppo, investendo nell'innovazione tecnologica, QiBIT ricerca un/una: TECNICO DI MANUTENZIONE - RETI TLC La persona selezionata verrà inserita all'interno del team 'TLC ASSURANCE & MAINTENANCE'. La struttura ha la responsabilità di garantire l'esercizio e la manutenzione della rete e degli apparati di A2A Smart City e dei suoi clienti. Ti occuperai di: Gestione dei ticket di Incident e Change e troubleshooting su apparati di rete (router, switch, access point) Esecuzione di interventi tecnici on-site e sopralluoghi presso impianti attivi per la diagnosi e la risoluzione di guasti e malfunzionamenti Gestione della documentazione relativa alla sicurezza di cantiere (DUVRI, POS, PSC e documenti correlati) Coordinamento di fornitori, partner e squadre operative esterne, monitorando il rispetto di tempi, standard qualitativi e requisiti di sicurezza Verifica della conformità degli impianti alle specifiche progettuali, gestione dei collaudi e della chiusura lavori, con controllo della contabilità delle imprese esecutrici Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo: Diploma tecnico in ambito Elettronica, Elettrotecnica, Informatica, Telecomunicazioni Circa 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini nel settore Telecomunicazioni, System Integrator o Internet Service Provider Conoscenza delle reti di telecomunicazione e dei principali protocolli di comunicazione (TCP/IP, VoIP, LTE) Competenze su architetture e protocolli di rete, padronanza dei sistemi di monitoraggio e trouble ticketing per la risoluzione dei guasti Conoscenze linguistiche Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Patente di guida B Disponibilità a reperibilità, sopralluoghi e trasferte sul territorio nazionale Rappresenta un plus: possesso di certificazioni di settore quali CCNA, HCNA o JNCIA Completano il profilo: orientamento al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità, approccio collaborativo, concretezza, capacità di problem solving, mindset analitico, attitudine alla pianificazione ed organizzazione del lavoro.
