Per azienda cliente del settore GDO alimentare selezioniamo: ISPETTORE MACELLERIA_ GDO ALIMENTARE _ PIEMONTE E LIGURIA Nel ruolo di Ispettore di Macelleria, ti occuperai della gestione di più punti vendita sull'Area della Piemonte e Liguria, supervisionando le performances e gli obiettivi economici dei suddetti reparti. Di cosa ti occuperai? Di supportare costantemente i punti vendita nell'implementazione di nuovi processi e concept e nel controllo degli indicatori commerciali quali fatturato, differenze inventariali, marginalità, scarti e costi del personale della gestione del personale, quindi, del controllo, organizzazione della turnistica e motivazione delle risorse della gestione e coordinamento commerciale dei reparti di macelleria, del controllo dell'esposizione e mantenimento dei banchi, della gestione degli allestimenti e dei nuovi layout in caso di nuove aperture di lavorare quotidianamente con le squadre di reparto e con i rispettivi Direttori e Responsabili di Area, promuovendone la crescita professionale consolidandone le loro competenze della selezione del personale e della gestione dei colloqui di selezione Si occuperà delle comunicazioni con casa madre per ciò che concerne la gestione del riassortimento dei prodotti di gastronomia Si svolgeranno diverse trasferte sulla Sicilia e Calabria Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche - pregressa esperienza nel mondo della GDO alimentare in ruoli di Ispettore o Capo Reparto nel settore della Macelleria in realtà di ampie metrature - capacità di gestione del team, buona propensione ai rapporti interpersonali, capacità di problem solving - forte orientamento agli obiettivi e passione per il settore .
