Noi di Gi Group - filiale di Mosciano Sant'angelo - seleziona per azienda cliente del settore legno: UN* CONDUTTORE DI LINEA AUTOMATIZZATA DI PRODUZIONE Principali attività Conduzione e supervisione dell'intera linea automatizzata; Avviamento, arresto e regolazione degli impianti; Controllo del corretto avanzamento del materiale lungo le diverse fasi di lavorazione; Gestione delle priorità e delle sequenze di produzione; Utilizzo di pannelli operatore, terminali HMI e sistemi informatici di produzione; Individuazione e gestione delle anomalie di processo; Interventi di primo livello per il ripristino della produzione; Verifica della qualità del prodotto lavorato; Collaborazione con manutenzione e responsabili di produzione in caso di guasti o problematiche; Attenzione a produttività, continuità del flusso e riduzione dei fermi macchina. Profilo ricercato Cerchiamo una persona che abbia maturato esperienza nella conduzione di linee automatiche o impianti industriali composti da più macchine interconnesse. Si richiede esperienza sui seguenti macchinari: Linee automatiche di produzione; Sistemi di movimentazione automatica; Magazzini automatici; Nastri, rulliere, buffer/polmoni di accumulo; Macchine CNC o impianti controllati da PLC; Sistemi di etichettatura e tracciabilità; Pannelli operatore e interfacce HMI; Gestione di allarmi e anomalie di processo; Cambi formato, cambi produzione o lavorazioni a lotti variabili. Competenze importanti Buona capacità di comprendere il funzionamento complessivo di un impianto; Capacità di individuare dove si genera un rallentamento o un blocco linea; Attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi; Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli; Autonomia operativa; Capacità di lavorare in coordinamento con Produzione e Manutenzione; Interesse verso automazione, meccanica e tecnologia industriale. Costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza come conduttore di linea, operatore di impianto, operatore CNC, operatore su linee automatiche, capolinea, attrezzista o operatore di produzione specializzato.
