Gi Group, agenzia per il lavoro, ricerca per importante azienda operante nel settore delle telecomunicazioni: TECNICI POSA FIBRA OTTICA / TECNICI ON FIELD (TLC) La risorsa contribuirà a garantire la continuità del servizio intervenendo su attivazioni e guasti, gestendo le attività assegnate tramite sistemi WFM e operando nel rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza. Di cosa ti occuperai: attività di installazione, manutenzione e assistenza di impianti, apparati e sistemi di telecomunicazione presso clienti e infrastrutture aziendali.Completano il profilo orientamento al cliente, capacità di problem solving, autonomia, flessibilità e senso di responsabilità. Requisiti: Diploma tecnico in settori affini (informatica, informatica e telecomunicazioni, elettronica ed elettrico...) Non è necessario aver maturato esperienza nella mansione Necessario avere la patente B o essere in procinto di ottenerla e possedere un mezzo di trasporto proprio per raggiungere il luogo di lavoro Aver voglia di crescere ed essere formati all'interno di un contesto strutturato Altri eventuali requisiti che il candidato preferibilmente possedere: Conoscenze scolastiche su Reti TLC e protocolli dedicati Manualità negli interventi di cablaggio, giunzione e misurazione fibra ottica L'assunzione è subordinata all'accertamento di idoneità fisica (salita in quota, rischio campi elettromagnetici, movimentazione carichi). DETTAGLI PROPOSTA DI LAVORO: Tipologia contratto: Assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo indeterminato Inquadramento (CCNL)/livello: CCNL Telecomunicazioni Area professionale / fascia retributiva: B2 o C1, in base alla seniority e al profilo professionale Mesi di prova: 3 o 6, in base all'area professionale di inserimento Retribuzione annua lorda minima: Retribuzione annua lorda tra 24.876 euro e 30.000 euro, in base alla seniority e al profilo professionale. La Retribuzione Annua Lorda è articolata su 13 mensilità + un Premio annuo che viene erogato ogni anno nel mese di luglio. Tale premio non è legato a nessun tipo di valutazione. Premio di Risultato (PdR) - Il PdR (qualora raggiunta la condizione di erogazione) sarà corrisposto pro quota in base ai giorni di servizio prestati in azienda nell'anno di riferimento (con un minimo di 6 mesi) ed erogato con le competenze di maggio dell'anno successivo. Buoni Pasto - valore unitario di 7 euro per ogni giorno lavorato. Extra Benefit: cellulare e pc aziendale, assegnazione veicolo ad personam per lo svolgimento delle attività lavorative (NO USO PROMISCUO) Orario di lavoro: 7 ore e 38 minuti lavorativi giornalieri, su 3 turni, a copertura della fascia oraria 8-20. 5 giorni lavorativi da lunedì a domenica (anche non consecutivi).
