Noi di Gi Group, filiale Milano Office, cerchiamo per azienda cliente operante nel settore innovazione in ambito consulenza specializzata, digitalizzazione, incubazione/venture building e partecipazioni in equity in startup e PMI innovative un/una: STARTUP ANALYST In particolare, la persona si occuperà di: Ricerca, selezione e analisi di startup attraverso la partecipazione agli eventi dedicati e incontri one to one; Redazione della documentazione legale ed economico finanziaria necessaria all'analisi, al pre-investimento e al post investimento; Monitoraggio delle partecipazioni in corso; Scouting di settore; Ricerca, selezione e analisi di nuove iniziative imprenditoriali di aziende già attive; Requisiti: Laurea Triennale o Magistrale (o ciclo unico) in ambito economico, finanziario, gestionale e/o giuridico; Pregressa esperienza di almeno 12 mesi (anche stage) in ambito startup/venture capital/venture building/fondi di investimento Capacità di lettura e comprensione dei principali documenti societari: business plan, piani strategici, bilanci; Interesse e conoscenza del mondo open Innovation, startup e venture capital; Conoscenza base della lingua inglese; Disponibilità a eventuali trasferte nel Nord Italia; Precisione, ottime capacità di scrittura e attenzione al dettaglio; buone doti relazionali e problem solving. Orario di lavoro: Full time, lunedì - venerdì, 9:00/18:00 con flessibilità oraria e possibilità di usufruire di smart working Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo determinato o a tempo indeterminato. CCNL applicato: Commercio Livello di inquadramento: Tale ruolo prevede un inquadramento al 2 o al 4 livello del CCNL commercio applicato in azienda a seconda dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze specialistiche e della relativa assunzione di responsabilità. La retribuzione annua lorda - secondo quanto previsto da tale Contratto Collettivo risulta essere pari ad euro 24.990 (per il 4 Livello ) o 31.313,1 (per il 2 Livello) per un contratto a tempo pieno Retribuzione prevista: è compresa tra € 24.990 e € 31.313,1 lordi annui definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. Sono previsti ticket restaurant del valore di 8 euro.
