Si ricerca, per conto di Publiacqua S.p.A., un/una Addetto/a Reporting e Finanza Junior da inserire all'interno della struttura Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, nell'area Reporting e Finanza/Tesoreria. Attività principali La risorsa affiancherà il Responsabile e il collega nello svolgimento quotidiano delle attività operative di Tesoreria e, progressivamente, delle attività di Reporting. In particolare: Area Tesoreria / Operatività finanziaria Scarico e verifica dei movimenti bancari Riconciliazioni bancarie Controllo addebiti e accrediti sui conti correnti Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione contabile Controllo delle condizioni applicate dagli istituti bancari Predisposizione dei pagamenti Controllo delle spese del personale in trasferta Gestione operativa dei rapporti con le banche Area Reporting Predisposizione del budget e dei consuntivi per la reportistica aziendale Analisi dei bilanci aziendali e degli andamenti economico-finanziari Predisposizione della Posizione Finanziaria Netta Analisi dei flussi di cassa e degli indicatori di redditività Aggiornamento del documento di Business Review tramite estrazione dati da gestionale SAP (modulo FI-CO) e analisi dell'andamento nel tempo (uso strutturato di Excel) Requisiti Laurea Triennale e/o Magistrale in Economia Aziendale o indirizzi affini; valutabile anche Diploma di Ragioneria Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e PowerPoint Buona conoscenza di base di contabilità e bilancio civilistico Conoscenze di finanza aziendale e principi di controllo di gestione Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (o in ambito amministrazione/finanza) di almeno 6 mesi - 1 anno; valutabili anche esperienze di stage coerenti. Preferibile, ma non indispensabile, la conoscenza di SAP, in particolare del modulo FI/CO Dinamicità, intraprendenza, buone capacità di problem solving e forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, con un approccio collaborativo e un buon equilibrio relazionale Contratto È previsto inserimento iniziale con contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione della durata di 6 mesi con prospettiva di proroga di 6 ulteriori mesi, finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze di Publiacqua Inquadramento e benefit Inquadramento 3° o 4° livello CCNL Gas-Acqua con RAL da 30.809,55 € a 32.788,14 € su 14 mensilità Buoni pasto da 11,50 € giornalieri Premio di risultato (erogato a Luglio; importo indicativo 2.200 €) Sede e orario Sede di lavoro: Firenze - Via Villamagna 39 Orario: Lun-Gio 08:00-17:00; Ven 08:00-14:30 per un totale di 38 ore/settimana Straordinari conteggiati a blocchi di 20 minuti #LI-AB3 *Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
