Cerchiamo: CONSULENTE DEL LAVORO (iscritto/a all'Albo) L'obiettivo del ruolo sarà quello di potenziare l'area Consulenza del Lavoro e Amministrazione del Personale, gestendo un portafoglio aziende con CCNL diversi e fungendo da riferimento tecnico per il team. Ti occuperai di: - Consulenza del lavoro alle aziende clienti: inquadramenti, contrattualistica, interpretazione e applicazione dei CCNL, gestione delle principali casistiche (assunzioni, trasformazioni, cessazioni, proroghe, ecc.). - Gestione degli adempimenti e delle scadenze connesse ai rapporti di lavoro. - Elaborazione e controllo dati (es. presenze/variabili/attivazioni) e predisposizione della documentazione necessaria alle attività operative. - Supporto su consulenza e analisi previdenziali e gestione di posizioni contributive. - Supporto anche su attività payroll/cedolini: non è requisito indispensabile, ma verrà considerato positivamente. Sei la candidata/il candidato ideale se hai: - Laurea e iscrizione all'Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro. - Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente maturata presso studi professionali o associazioni di categoria. - Background giuridico (preferibile) o solida impostazione normativa/giuslavoristica. - Completano il profilo autonomia, precisione, orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestire priorità e scadenze. - Attitudine a lavorare in team e a ricoprire un ruolo di riferimento per colleghi e clienti.
