Ricerchiamo per ampliamento di organico di prestigiosa azienda cliente con sede nei pressi di CARINARO (Caserta) NEOLAUREATI IN ECONOMIA da inserire in TIROCINIO in CONTABILITA' Attività Gestione del ciclo di fatturazione attiva e passiva dell'azienda, inclusa la contabilizzazione e l'archiviazione della documentazione (fatture/note credito/ddt etc.) Gestione attività operative di back office inerenti le attività di contabilità generale inclusa l'archiviazione della documentazione relativa Registrazioni in prima nota Interazione e gestione rapporto con clienti/fornitori Supporto e informativa al responsabile amministrativo Ricevere, gestire e smistare la posta in entrata nonché gestire gli archivi di quella in uscita Assistere il Responsabile nelle corrispondenze, nella produzione delle reportistiche e delle statistiche Gestire scadenze e connesse attività operative assegnate Requisiti Laurea in Economia Preferibile pregressa esperienza in amministrazione e contabilità Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office Disponibilità immediata Residenza nei pressi di Carinaro (Caserta) Soft Skills Serietà, forte adattabilità e disponibilità, precisione e affidabilità, capacità relazionali e problem solving. Gestione del tempo e dei carichi di lavoro, propensione alla gestione 'autonoma' dei compiti basilari assegnati con rendicontazione ai superiori. Giorni e orari di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:30 Sede di lavoro: Carinaro (CE) Inquadramento E' previsto un contratto di stage di 6 mesi finalizzato all'inserimento stabile in azienda con Rimborso spese di 700 - 800 euro netti al mese. *Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. 26/11/2004 PROT. 1101 - SG).
