Gi Group, prima agenzia per il lavoro italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti impegnati ogni giorno ad orientare, formare e accompagnare le persone verso nuove (le migliori) opportunità lavorative RICERCA per azienda leader nella produzione e lavorazione di ceramiche e maioliche d'autore Amministrativo/a Senior - Contabilità Ciclo Passivo Entrerai a far parte dell'ufficio amministrativo e finanziario, occupandoti di: registrazione, verifica e contabilizzazione delle fatture di acquisto nazionali, comunitarie ed extracomunitarie; gestione dei flussi e riconciliazione tra bolle di accompagnamento (DDT), ordini di acquisto e fatture ricevute; riconciliazione bancaria, gestione dello scadenziario fornitori e supporto nella pianificazione dei pagamenti; controllo e gestione delle schede contabili fornitori con risoluzione delle relative discrepanze; supporto negli adempimenti fiscali periodici legati al ciclo passivo (es. liquidazione IVA, fatturazione elettronica); collaborazione alle attività di chiusura contabile mensile e di predisposizione del bilancio di esercizio. Requisiti richiesti: diploma di Ragioneria e/o Laurea in Economia (o titoli equipollenti); pluriennale esperienza pregressa nella gestione del ciclo passivo in aziende strutturate o studi professionali; costituisce un plus la padronanza dei principali software gestionali/ERP (es. SAP, Zucchetti, TeamSystem) e l'uso avanzato di Excel; solida conoscenza dei principi contabili e della normativa fiscale e IVA vigente; disponibilità full-time. Competenze Trasversali (o Soft Skills o Personal Skills): precisione operativa; capacità di gestione dello rispetto delle scadenze; attitudine al lavoro di squadra e buone doti relazionali. Offerta Contrattuale: contratto a tempo determinato iniziale con retribuzione di € 1.700 lordi mensili con possibilità di proroga. Sede di Lavoro: Nocera Superiore (SA).
