Per importante multinazionale leader nei gas industriali e medicali, con processi strutturati e forte presenza sul territorio, ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel team Maintenance con il ruolo di: Junior Data Support - Maintenance Obiettivo della missione La risorsa supporterà un progetto di recupero, pulizia e integrazione dei dati legati alla manutenzione (area Medical/Medgas). L'attività prevede un lavoro operativo e puntuale di riconciliazione informazioni (da file Excel e fonti esistenti) e successivo allineamento in SAP, con affiancamento iniziale del team Master Data. È un'opportunità adatta a profili junior interessati a crescere su attività legate a gestione dati, processi e sistemi ERP in un contesto industriale strutturato. Attività principali Lavorare su file Excel per sistemare, uniformare e integrare i dati manutentivi (data cleaning e data entry evoluto); Supportare l'aggiornamento della struttura gerarchica impianti, delle liste attività e dei piani di manutenzione in SAP; Aggiornare i piani regolamentari in base a normativa e ultime date di riqualificazione, in coordinamento con il Planner; Verificare qualità e coerenza delle anagrafiche tecniche (installazioni, apparecchiature, piani); Collaborare con il team Master Data e con i colleghi manutenzione per chiarimenti e allineamenti. Requisiti Buona dimestichezza con Excel (filtri, ordinamenti, tabelle, ricerca/riconciliazione dati; gradite pivot e formule); Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di lavorare con scadenze; Attitudine al problem solving, approccio strutturato e orientamento alla qualità del dato; Interesse per contesti industriali/impiantistici e per la gestione dati su ERP; Preferibile breve esperienza (anche stage/tirocinio) in contesti industriali, operations, uffici tecnici o ruoli data-entry strutturati. Diploma tecnico/ITS o Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito tecnico-scientifico).
