Far parte di una realtà leader di settore che ti consentirà di sviluppare competenze tecniche e professionali Lavorare in un contesto innovativo con focus su investimenti tecnologici e sviluppo di processi, acquisendo così competenze come manutentore ferroviario Formazione continua, a partire da un percorso in inserimento di On-boarding Cosa prevede l'Academy? 120 ore distribuite su 5 settimane in aula e successivamente in campo, a partire dall' 16 novembre 2026 fino al 18 dicembre 2026 Lezioni tecniche in aula e formazione in azienda con tecnici esperti; Sede del Corso: Sesto San Giovanni (MI) - è prevista la copertura delle spese di residenzialità A conclusione del percorso di Academy verrai inserito all'interno di depositi ferroviari e avrai l'opportunità di sperimentarti nel: - Verificare lo stato del treno all' arrivo in deposito, garantendo il corretto funzionamento degli apparati del treno. Verificare il corretto funzionamento dopo l'intervento - Effettuare interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva - Individuare guasti e malfunzionamenti - Aggiornare il database relativo alle principali anomalie riscontrate - Rispettare le procedure e la normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e di sicurezza ferroviaria Requisiti - Diploma di maturità, preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico ( elettrico/elettrotecnico, meccanico/meccatronico, informatico) - Preferibile esperienza o predisposizione a lavorare in ambito ferroviario o manutentivo; - Esperienze in manutenzione meccanica o elettronica anche base/ in montaggio/ collaudo/conduzione di impianto macchine automatizzate, maturate in contesti strutturati - Disponibilità al lavoro su 3 turni e ciclo continuo - Mezzo proprio per raggiungere il lavoro (auto/moto) - Disponibilità a brevi trasferte Proposta di inserimento: contratto a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione a partire dal primo giorno di Academy, verrai assegnato in missione a seguito della formazione in aula e al termine del percorso avrai la possibilità di svolgere la missione lavorativa presso i depositi ferroviari del cliente Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato in somministrazione, LIV D2-C2 in funzione della seniority Sedi di lavoro: a seconda dell'area di provenienza sarai inserito nei depositi ferroviari di: Milano, Venezia, Bolzano, Firenze, Foggia, Nola, Roma, Sulmona, Taranto, Verona Orario d lavoro: 3 turni ciclo continuo #LI-MN1 Facciamo parte di Gi Group Holding (<a href="http://www.gigroupholding.it" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.gigroupholding.it</a> ) la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro, nonché una delle principali realtà a livello mondiale nei servizi dedicati allo sviluppo del mercato del lavoro.
