Gi Group, in partnership con azienda leader nella fornitura di soluzioni complete per il confezionamento alimentare sul territorio di Pavia cerca persone motivate a iniziare un nuovo percorso lavorativo (IFTS) di ITS Lombardia Meccatronica, presso Fondazione Luigi Clerici Pavia, in Apprendistato di 1° Livello. Di cosa si tratta? Sarai assunto/a con un contratto di Apprendistato di 1° Livello che ti permetterà di acquisire competenze in ambito: Manutenzione Automazione Robotica Oleodinamica che verranno certificate attraverso il rilascio di un titolo di studio di specializzazione tecnica superiore (IFTS) subito spendibile nel mercato del lavoro nazionale ed europeo. Quali sono i vantaggi di questo percorso? - Avrai l'opportunità di specializzarti attraverso un contratto di lavoro; - acquisirai competenze altamente specializzate tramite una formazione teorica e pratica fornita da esperti del settore; - diventerai uno dei profili professionali più richiesti sul tuo territorio. Il contratto partirà a Novembre 2026 e avrà una durata di 800 ore di cui più del 50% svolte presso l'azienda sul territorio di Castelnovetto (PV). Il percorso è rivolto a candidati/e di età compresa tra 18-24 anni in possesso di almeno uno dei seguenti requisiti: Diploma di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore; Diploma professionale conseguito in esito ai percorsi quadriennali di IeFP; Ammissione alla V annualità dei percorsi liceali. Si offre inserimento con contratto di Apprendistato di 1° Livello in somministrazione. CCNL applicato: Gomma Plastica Industria Livello di inquadramento: H Retribuzione prevista: la retribuzione prevista è pari a 5,18 €/h per formazione interna e 7,25 €/h per ore lavoro.
