Gi Group S.p.a seleziona: MANUTENTORE ELETTROMECCANICO Metti in moto la tua carriera e diventa protagonista di questo settore. Gi Group S.p.a in partnership con ANCOROTTI PERFUMES S.R.L, divisione del GRUPPO ANCOROTTI specializzata nella produzione di profumi per conto terzi e ITS CREMONA cerca persone motivate a iniziare un nuovo percorso lavorativo (IFTS). Di cosa si tratta? Sarai assunto/a con un contratto di Apprendistato di 1° Livello che ti permetterà di acquisire competenze in ambito: Manutenzione preventiva e correttiva di impianti/macchinari automatici; Diagnosi e riparazione guasti su macchine e impianti industriali; Interventi su impianti elettrici e meccanici per ottimizzare le performance; Cambio formato macchinari; che verranno certificate attraverso il rilascio di un titolo di studio (Certificato di Specializzazione Tecnica Superiore) subito spendibile nel mercato del lavoro italiano ed europeo. Quali sono i vantaggi di questo percorso? Formazione teorica e pratica fornita da esperti del settore; Opportunità di apprendere e lavorare in un ambiente stimolante e innovativo; Possibilità di continuità lavorativa in azienda al completamento del percorso formativo. Il percorso partirà a fine novembre 2026 e avrà una durata di 800 ore di cui più del 50% svolte presso la sede dell'azienda a CREMA. Il percorso è rivolto a candidati/e di età compresa tra 18-24 anni in possesso di almeno uno dei seguenti requisiti: Diploma di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore; Diploma professionale conseguito in esito ai percorsi quadriennali di IeFP; Ammissione alla V annualità dei percorsi liceali. Si offre inserimento con contratto di Apprendistato di 1° Livello in somministrazione. CCNL applicato: (CCNL Chimici Industria) Livello di inquadramento: E4 Retribuzione prevista: la retribuzione prevista è pari a 50%:5,69€/h per formazione interna e 70%:7,97€/h per ore lavoro.
