Per Azienda internazionale, leader nella progettazione e costruzione di macchinari per la produzione industriale, Automazione, Robotica e Converting, selezioniamo: SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Automation & Robotics Di cosa ti occuperai? Inserito/a nel reparto Engineering, contribuirai allo sviluppo di soluzioni software avanzate per macchine e impianti automatici, integrando automazione, robotica e visione artificiale, con focus su performance, affidabilità e sicurezza. In particolare ti occuperai di: Analisi di richieste tecniche post-vendita (upgrade, miglioramenti, bug fixing) e supporto alla definizione della soluzione (fattibilità e impatti). Sviluppo & commissioning automazione: PLC, Motion, HMI/SCADA (Siemens/Rockwell/Beckhoff/Codesys). Test/validazione/ottimizzazione in collaborazione con i referenti tecnici di plant. Troubleshooting e analisi di anomalie con approccio strutturato (raccolta evidenze, riproducibilità, proposta di fix). Produzione/aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica (specifiche di base, note di rilascio, report test). Collaborazione con team cross-funzionali (meccanica, elettrica, automazione) per integrazione e miglioramento continuo Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Laurea in Ingegneria (Automazione/Robotica/Informatica/Meccatronica/Elettrica-Elettronica o affini); gradita magistrale/specializzazione AI-Vision. Minima esperienza (stage/tirocinio/tesi/progetti) in sviluppo software e/o automazione industriale e/o sistemi complessi. Programmazione: conoscenza base di C++ e/o C# e/o Python. Plus graditi (non vincolanti): basi di automazione industriale; familiarità con Linux e Git; conoscenza di principi OOP. Soft skills: analisi, problem solving, teamwork, collaborazione cross-funzionale. Inglese buono/fluente; disponibilità a trasferte Italia/estero. Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì. Richiesta presenza in plant, con con possibilità di smart working fino a 8 giorni al mese. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato; CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanico; Livello di inquadramento: B2. La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 30.000 e € 35.000 lordi annui (RAL), definita in base all'inquadramento, alle mansioni e alle caratteristiche del profilo. Sono inoltre previsti mensa aziendale, piano welfare, pacchetto benefit dedicato alla cura della persona e formazione tecnica continua sulle tecnologie avanzate utilizzate all'interno del reparto Engineering. Sede di lavoro: San Giovanni Teatino (CH), con contributo mensile alla relocation per candidati/e provenienti da fuori regione.
