Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG) per la divisione Gi Group Fashion & Luxury, specializzata nei servizi per le risorse umane per le aziende del mondo della moda, della cosmetica, del lusso ricerca per luxury brand una figura di BEAUTY CONSULTANT La risorsa si occuperà della vendita di tutti i prodotti appartenenti ai tre assi (make up, fragranze e skin care), fornendo una completa assistenza alla clientela: dall'approccio iniziale con apposita intervista, all'applicazione del make up e alla consulenza a 360 gradi. Inoltre la persona sarà coinvolta nell'animazione di eventi creati ad hoc, lavorando in autonomia, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere i KPI, aumentare il numero di clienti fidelizzati e quindi incrementare il fatturato del Brand. Requisiti: - Diploma di Make Up Artist o Estetista - Esperienza pregressa nella vendita per obiettivi all'interno di punti vendita di Retail organizzato (preferenziale in contesti di lusso) - Passione innata per il mondo della cosmetica, nonché conoscenza e capacità nell'applicazione di make up e skin care - Sensibilità per i prodotti di lusso e ottime dote relazionali - Inglese fluente Completano il profilo la predisposizione alla relazione con un pubblico esigente e fidelizzato, standing fortemente curato e allineato al marchio e al contesto.
