Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Milano Office, cerchiamo per azienda cliente specializzata nell'erogazione di servizi di outsourcing: ADDETTO/A BACK OFFICE - Gestione Sinistri Card Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Dopo un percorso iniziale di formazione e affiancamento, entrerai a far parte di un team strutturato e ti occuperai di: Controllo documentale dei sinistri (flusso ANIA): verifica della completezza e della conformità della pratica e degli allegati ricevuti, secondo le procedure e le tempistiche previste. Richiesta e sollecito documenti mancanti: contatto con Assicurati e Agenzie via telefono e/o email per raccogliere la documentazione necessaria, monitorando i rientri e garantendo comunicazioni chiare e puntuali. Gestione della documentazione su piattaforma sinistri: invio, caricamento e corretta classificazione dei documenti nella piattaforma dedicata, assicurando tracciabilità e ordine digitale. Aggiornamento pratica e gestione dei 'seguiti': inserimento note, aggiornamenti di stato, follow-up e attività successive (es. integrazioni documentali, riaperture, nuove richieste) fino alla chiusura della pratica. Monitoraggio avanzamento e scadenze (Sinistri Card): presidio dell'intero ciclo di lavorazione delle pratiche legate a carte di pagamento, con attenzione a SLA, priorità, scadenze e rispetto delle procedure. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Titolo di studio: diploma; Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo, maturata presso società di outsourcing, agenzie assicurative o broker; Conoscenza della normativa Card e dei principi dell'RCA; Buona dimestichezza informatica (abitudine a lavorare su più gestionali e su attività ripetitive con alto livello di accuratezza); Completano il profilo: precisione, affidabilità, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di gestione delle priorità. Offerta contrattuale Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione iniziale di 1-3 mesi, con proroghe. CCNL applicato: Commercio (14 mensilità). Livello di inquadramento: base 5° livello. La retribuzione prevista è pari a € 1.660,08 lordi/mensili, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale e alle mansioni previste per la posizione. Sono inoltre previsti ticket restaurant da € 6,50 per tutti i giorni di lavoro in presenza per almeno 6 ore. Luogo di lavoro Milano - M2 Crescenzago; dopo un iniziale periodo di affiancamento in presenza, è previsto smart working alternato con giornate di lavoro in sede.
