ACADEMY PRODUCTION OPERATOR Formati, impara e inizia subito il tuo percorso professionale in LU-VE! Con l'Academy Production Operator di LUVE, inizi a lavorare dal primo giorno! Gi Group, in collaborazione con LU-VE SpA di Uboldo (VA), ti offre l'opportunità di partecipare a un percorso di Academy di 84 ore, con assunzione in somministrazione a partire dal primo giorno di formazione. Non si tratta soltanto di un corso: entrerai subito nel tuo percorso lavorativo, alternando formazione teorica e pratica per acquisire le competenze necessarie a lavorare in produzione. IL TUO PERCORSO DI ACADEMY A partire dal 23 novembre 2026, presso la sede LU-VE SpA di Uboldo (VA), parteciperai a un percorso formativo che ti permetterà di conoscere da vicino il mondo della produzione e imparare direttamente sul campo. Durante le 84 ore di Academy approfondirai: Lettura del disegno tecnico ed elettrico; Utilizzo di strumenti di misura e utensili da banco; Teoria e pratica del carroponte; Tecniche di saldatura; Attività di assemblaggio; Salute e sicurezza sul lavoro. Al termine del percorso potrai mettere in pratica le competenze acquisite all'interno del reparto produttivo di LU-VE, continuando a crescere professionalmente. COSA FARAI IN AZIENDA? Ti occuperai di: Assemblaggio e/o cablaggio di componenti meccanici ed elettrici, seguendo il disegno tecnico e gli schemi elettrici; Utilizzo di strumenti da banco e attrezzature, come avvitatori, pinze e tester; Controllo qualità visivo e segnalazione di eventuali non conformità; Supporto alle attività di collaudo e agli interventi di ripristino o rilavorazione; Eventuali attività di saldatura, in base alle esigenze produttive. Persone che abbiano: Minima esperienza in contesti produttivi; Buona manualità e voglia di imparare; Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli; Propensione all'ascolto e spirito di iniziativa; Capacità di lavorare in team; Attenzione alla sicurezza; Disponibilità al lavoro su 3 turni.
