Richiede un approccio analitico, l'interlocuzione con diversi team, comunicazione professionale e riservata. Responsabilità principali: Interfaccia con top client per raccogliere il need; Assistenza per la risoluzone di problematiche; gestione delle pratiche in back office; aggiornamento anagrafiche e gestione CRM. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea almeno triennale in Scienze Giuridiche o discipline similari; Precedente esperienza in ruoli di customer service, brand ambassador o simili. Ottima dialettica; Interesse per il mondo automotive.
