Le attività principali includono: gestione di chiamate inbound (assistenza e supporto informativo); attività di back office: inserimento/aggiornamento pratiche, gestione richieste e segnalazioni; registrazione delle attività su sistemi informatici/CRM e rispetto delle procedure previste; collaborazione con il team per garantire qualità del servizio e rispetto degli standard. Chi cerchiamo: Diploma di scuola superiore; patente di guida e auto/moto munito/a; buona padronanza di Windows e del pacchetto Office (in particolare Outlook/Excel); preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito customer service/call center; buone capacità comunicative, ascolto attivo, precisione; empatia, affidabilità e orientamento al cliente. Cosa offriamo inserimento con contratto iniziale a tempo determinato in somministrazione, con possibilità di proroga; CCNL Telecomunicazioni - 2° livello; retribuzione: € 8,798 lordi/ora; impegno richiesto: full time 40 ore settimanali, su turni dal lunedì alla domenica, 5 giorni lavorativi su 7, con turni di 8 ore al giorno (attività svolta in sede).
