Il corso ha una durata di 80 ore e approfondirà le seguenti tematiche: Introduzione: ruolo dell'operatore alla vendita, tipologia di punti vendita e canali distributivi, normative fondamentali relative alla vendita e al consumatore Comunicazione e Relazione con il Cliente: tecniche di comunicazione efficace (verbale e non verbale), ascolto attivo e empatia, gestione delle obiezioni, customer experience e fidelizzazione Tecniche di vendita: fasi della vendita: accoglienza, analisi bisogni, proposta, chiusura, upselling e cross-selling, gestione delle trattative, psicologia del consumatore Visual Merchandising: principi di esposizione e layout del punto vendita, tecniche di display e vetrinistica, gestione dello spazio e percorsi d'acquisto, strumenti digitali per il visual merchandising Gestione del Cliente e Problem Solving: gestione reclami e situazioni critiche, comunicazione in caso di insoddisfazione, strategie per mantenere la relazione Role-play: simulazioni di vendita in diversi contesti, esercitazioni su gestione del cliente, analisi di casi reali e problem solving di gruppo, simulazioni di allestimento vetrine e spazi espositivi, feedback individuale e di gruppo Realizzazione di un progetto di vendita e visual merchandising, presentazione e discussione, test finale e feedback Requisiti: Requisito per la partecipazione al corso è il possesso dell'Assegno Gol rilasciato dal Centro per l'Impiego. Alcune specifiche in più: Il percorso avrà una durata di 80 ore e si svolgerà in modalità mista (lezioni online e in presenza)a Verona. Il corso è finanziato con fondi del PNRR nell'ambito del Programma GOL ed è rivolto a persone disoccupate domiciliate in Veneto. Al termine del corso di formazione i partecipanti saranno seguiti e supportati da un Consulente Gi Group esperto nel Mercato del Lavoro che li accompagnerà nel reinserimento nel mondo del lavoro. Al Termine del corso verrà rilasciato Attestato di Partecipazione. La frequenza consente, in presenza dei requisiti previsti, il riconoscimento del Bonus Politiche Attive, da richiedere presso il Centro per l'Impiego (CPI) competente del territorio.
