GiGroup spa, Agenzia per il lavoro, ricerca per prestigiosa azienda italiana metalmeccanica; OPERAIO/A Addetto/a al montaggio e assemblaggio; La risorsa verrà assegnata a una postazione specifica all'interno della linea di produzione e lavorerà in team, riportando al Team Leader. Il compito principale è eseguire le operazioni di propria competenza in modo costante e accurato, contribuendo al raggiungimento del KPI produttivo giornaliero assegnato alla linea. Nello specifico, le attività includono: - Esecuzione delle operazioni di assemblaggio previste dalla propria postazione; - Montaggio dei componenti per la realizzazione del prodotto finito (biciclette manuali ed elettriche); - Rispetto dei tempi e delle sequenze operative per garantire il flusso di linea; - Controllo visivo e funzionale del proprio lavoro e segnalazione tempestiva di eventuali difetti o anomalie; - Collaborazione con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi quantitativi e qualitativi giornalieri. Requisiti richiesti - Esperienza, anche breve, in contesti produttivi / industriali; - Patente B e disponibilità a spostamenti in autonomia (automuniti); - Flessibilità oraria e attitudine al lavoro in team; Contratto e condizioni economiche - Inquadramento: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, livello D1; - Tipologia contrattuale: contratto iniziale in somministrazione a tempo determinato; - Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: tra 1.700 e 1.800 euro; - Previsto welfare aziendale secondo quanto disciplinato dalla contrattazione aziendale. Orario di lavoro - Orario base: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, 08:00-16:30; - Possibilità di doppia turnazione (lunedì-venerdì): o turno 1: 06:00-14:00 o turno 2: 14:00-22:00 - Organizzazione mensile di straordinari il sabato, in base alle esigenze aziendali.
