L'inserimento delle nuove risorse in AVIENT CORPORATION avverrà in un contesto di produzione automatizzata volto alla realizzazione del prodotto destinato al mercato globale e si occuperanno della conduzione delle macchine automatiche e semi-automatiche. In particolare, dopo un periodo di affiancamento e formazione, si occuperanno di: - Monitorare il corretto funzionamento della linea - Rifornire la macchina quando necessario - Interventi semplici di manutenzione sulla linea - Segnalare eventuali malfunzionamenti più gravi - Effettuare il controllo qualità finale del prodotto predisponendone il confezionamento Per la posizione è, inoltre, prevista la possibilità di una crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda, a seconda delle inclinazioni del candidato e dei risultati raggiunti nello svolgimento dell'attività. Requisiti richiesti: - Precedente esperienza in contesto produttivo automatizzato - Flessibilità oraria - Disponibilità ad effettuare straordinari se necessari - Disponibilità ad utilizzare il muletto frontale per la movimentazione lotti di grandi dimensioni Competenze Trasversali: - Autonomia - Attenzione e scrupolosità - Team Work Offerta Contrattuale Tipologia di contratto: CCNL Chimico Industria Livello E4 + premio di produzione erogato mensilmente. Inserimento a tempo determinato in somministrazione iniziale con possibilità di successiva assunzione a Tempo Indeterminato tramite Gi Group.
