Operaio/a generico/a - Addetto/a allo stampaggio di materie plastiche Zona di lavoro: Alpago (BL) Per azienda operante nel settore metalmeccanico, ricerchiamo un/una Operaio/a generico/a da inserire nel reparto produttivo, con mansioni legate allo stampaggio di materie plastiche per la realizzazione di componenti destinati a elettrodomestici e articoli per la casa. La risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto produttivo e si occuperà delle attività di conduzione delle macchine e di controllo del prodotto finito. Mansioni principali - Conduzione e supervisione di macchinari per lo stampaggio di materie plastiche. - Carico e scarico dei materiali e dei pezzi lavorati. - Controllo visivo della qualità dei prodotti e verifica della conformità agli standard richiesti. - Individuazione di eventuali difetti o anomalie dei pezzi stampati. - Attività di rifinitura e sistemazione dei componenti, ove necessario. - Riordino e pulizia della postazione di lavoro, nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza. Requisiti e competenze - Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambito produttivo, metalmeccanico o nello stampaggio di materie plastiche. - Saranno valutati anche candidati alla prima esperienza o con esperienza limitata, purché motivati a imparare. - Buona manualità, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli. - Capacità di svolgere attività operative e ripetitive. - Affidabilità, puntualità e predisposizione al lavoro in team. - Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, secondo l'organizzazione aziendale, e all'eventuale lavoro il sabato. Inquadramento e condizioni contrattuali - CCNL applicato: Gomma-Plastica. - RAL indicativa: da 25.000 € a 30.000 €, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato. - Contratto iniziale: tempo determinato di 3-6 mesi, con durata da definire in base al profilo selezionato e alle esigenze aziendali. - Sede di lavoro: zona Alpago (BL). - Orario di lavoro: da definire in base ai turni aziendali.
