Gi Group, filiale di Modena, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore logistica una risorsa da inserire presso magazzino in zona Cavazzona/Valsamoggia (MO). PICKERISTA La risorsa sarà inserita nel team operativo e si occuperà principalmente di attività di picking con utilizzo di strumenti barcode/lettori ottici, preparazione ordini e movimentazione colli, garantendo accuratezza, rispetto delle procedure operative, tempistiche e norme di sicurezza previste in magazzino. Requisiti richiesti: Hard Skill Attività di picking in magazzino Utilizzo di lettori ottici / barcode scanner e palmari per tracciamento merce Conoscenza base delle procedure di preparazione ordini, controllo quantità/codici e imballaggio Attenzione alle norme di sicurezza in ambito logistico (DPI, aree di transito, movimentazione colli) Esperienze lavorative Preferibile esperienza pregressa in attività di picking Richiesta esperienza con lettori ottici (barcode) Soft Skill Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio Affidabilità, puntualità e senso di responsabilità Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare a giornata e su turni Attitudine al lavoro in team e al rispetto delle procedure Lingue Italiano: livello buono per comprendere istruzioni operative e indicazioni di sicurezza Inquadramento CCNL applicato: CCNL Trasporti e Logistica Livello di inquadramento: dal 6° al 5° livello, in base alle esperienze pregresse e alle mansioni assegnate Sede di lavoro: Cavazzona/Valsamoggia (MO) Tipologia di contratto: Inserimento tramite contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato Orario lavorativo: Full time 39 ore. Orario a giornata 7:00-17:00 + turni 6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00. Dal lunedì al venerdì, con sabato occasionale. Retribuzione (RAL + Variabile + Benefits): Retribuzione prevista: tra € 23.000 e € 29.000 lordi annui, in base all'inquadramento contrattuale (5° o 6° livello) e alle mansioni previste per la posizione.
