Per azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico e specializzata nella produzione di profili e sistemi in alluminio, ricerchiamo un Manovratore Pressa di Estrusione da inserire nel reparto estrusione presso la sede di Povegliano Veronese (VR). Il ruolo Il Manovratore Pressa è responsabile della conduzione della pressa di estrusione e dell'intera linea collegata, con autonomia operativa sul turno. Coordina gli addetti di linea, garantisce il rispetto dei parametri di processo e degli standard qualitativi e svolge la funzione di preposto per la sicurezza sulla propria squadra. Principali responsabilità Condurre la pressa di estrusione in autonomia: avviamento, settaggio dei parametri macchina, gestione del ciclo (riscaldo billette, pressatura, estrusione, tempra/raffreddamento, stiratura, taglio) Gestire le sostituzioni matrice e la messa a punto del processo per ottimizzare velocità, rese e qualità del profilo Leggere e applicare ordini di produzione, schede profilo e schede parametri pressa Eseguire i controlli qualità iniziali e in corso di produzione (dimensionali, forma, integrità e qualità superficiale) e intervenire in caso di non conformità Compilare rapportini e registrare i parametri di processo, segnalando tempestivamente anomalie e fermi Coordinare e supervisionare gli addetti di squadra, assegnando i compiti e assicurando il corretto avvicendamento tra i turni Collaborare con manutenzione, controllo qualità e capoturno/capopressa per prevenire difetti e fermi impianto Come preposto: vigilare sull'osservanza delle procedure di sicurezza e dell'uso dei DPI, segnalare situazioni di pericolo, intervenire sui comportamenti non conformi e collaborare con RSPP e QHSE (D.Lgs. 81/2008, art. 19) Requisiti Esperienza Esperienza pregressa nella conduzione autonoma di impianti di produzione, anche in settori diversi dall'estrusione (metallurgia, lavorazioni a caldo, stampaggio, impianti a ciclo continuo o simili) Costituisce titolo preferenziale, ma non obbligatorio, l'esperienza su presse di estrusione dell'alluminio Esperienza, anche informale, nel coordinamento di squadra Competenze tecniche Capacità di lettura di disegni, schede tecniche e istruzioni di lavoro Familiarità con strumenti di misura e controlli dimensionali di base Competenze trasversali Leadership e capacità di guidare il team in modo chiaro e propositivo Problem solving rapido in caso di anomalie di processo Attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento alla qualità Affidabilità, senso di responsabilità e attenzione alla sicurezza propria e altrui Resistenza fisica e capacità di lavorare in ambienti caldi Capacità di mantenere concentrazione durante la conduzione di impianti complessi Altri requisiti Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, incluso il turno notturno Disponibilità ad assumere l'incarico di preposto per la sicurezza (la formazione specifica è a carico dell'azienda) Diploma di scuola superiore a indirizzo tecnico/meccanico apprezzato, non vincolante Ti riconosci in queste caratteristiche?
