Per azienda cliente selezioniamo: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? La risorsa supporterà l'FP&A Manager nei processi di pianificazione e controllo dell'Area Finance e Commerciale e sarà business partner per il Team Commerciale. In particolare gestirà le seguenti attività: - Supervisiona gli andamenti per unità di business commerciali, monitorando la performance effettiva rispetto agli anni precedenti e al Budget. - Monitora la performance della marginalità commerciale, attraverso diverse dimensioni analitiche. - Supporta l'FP&A Manager nella reportistica finanziaria, fornendo analisi degli scostamenti e insight di performance utili alla lettura del business. - Supporta il team commerciale, fornendo reporting standard e analisi dedicate. - Partecipa attivamente ai processi di definizione delle price list e dei Transfer Price, supportando il team e il business durante le attività. - Supporta i processi di planning e budgeting nell'area finanziaria e commerciale, contribuendo allo sviluppo del Top Line e degli Opex. - Contribuisce alla definizione di standard in ambito commerciale e finanziario, con l'obiettivo di supportare il business nell'interpretazione di azioni, iniziative e investimenti, anticipando potenziali rischi e opportunità. - Supporta la revisione del sistema di reporting periodico sulla performance commerciale, in linea con le esigenze del business. - Fornisce supporto nelle stime di cash flow relative agli elementi di cassa rilevanti dell'Area Commerciale. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Business Administration o discipline affini. - Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi all'interno di dipartimenti di Controlling. - Eccellenti capacità analitiche e forte orientamento al business. - Approccio dinamico, proattivo, attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al risultato. - Ottima padronanza di Excel; esperienza con sistemi ERP e strumenti di reporting / Business Intelligence. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata sia scritta..
