Per multinazionale leader nel settore cosmetico B2B, ricerchiamo un/una Colorista Cosmetico da inserire in area Produzione/Qualità. La risorsa garantisce la conformità dei prodotti ai requisiti coloristici definiti, supportando la produzione nelle attività di controllo e verifica del colore durante il processo produttivo. Luogo di lavoro: Dovera (Cr) ATTIVITA': Eseguire controlli colorimetrici sui prodotti e verificarne la conformità agli standard qualitativi richiesti. Monitorare la corretta applicazione dei parametri di processo previsti da procedure e metodi di lavoro. Collaborare con la Produzione per identificare e segnalare anomalie o non conformità legate agli aspetti coloristici. Supportare la risoluzione di criticità tecniche legate al colore durante le fasi di lavorazione. Registrare e aggiornare la documentazione relativa ai controlli e ai risultati ottenuti. Effettuare correzioni/regolazioni del colore secondo procedure aziendali e indicazioni ricevute. Collaborare con Qualità, Produzione e R&D per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche concordate con il cliente. Segnalare prodotti/semilavorati non conformi e contribuire alla definizione delle azioni correttive. REQUISITI: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo (controllo colore/colorimetria in ambito cosmetico o affini). Diploma a indirizzo tecnico. Team working, precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento alla qualità. INQUADRAMENTO E RETRIBUZIONE: CCNL Chimico Industria RAL: 26.000 - 29.000 € Mensa aziendale; lavanderia aziendale; ticket per il turno notturno e per il sabato di straordinario Tipologia contrattuale: da definire in base alla seniority del/della candidato/a prescelto/a.
