Per realtà italiana leader nel proprio settore, ricerchiamo una figura di Ingegnere Gestionale Junior da inserire a supporto della Responsabile Qualità, con un ruolo trasversale tra Qualità, Operations e controllo delle performance, con focus su controllo/gestione stock e correttezza dei dati di magazzino. INGEGNERE GESTIONALE JUNIOR - Controllo Stock & Supporto Qualità Settore: distribuzione ambito metalmeccanico Sede: Reggio Emilia La ricerca è rivolta a: Neolaureati/e in Ingegneria Gestionale (inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato) Profili junior con prima esperienza in Qualità, Operations, Controllo di Gestione o Miglioramento Processi Obiettivo della posizione Garantire la perfetta quadratura tra magazzino fisico e contabile, presidiare la qualità del dato a sistema e supportare in modo strutturato le attività del Sistema Qualità (raccolta dati, KPI, report, azioni correttive), contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi. Attività principali 1) Controllo stock e anagrafica di magazzino Monitoraggio del sistema per individuare e azzerare negativi di magazzino, correggendo anomalie nei flussi e nei carichi in ingresso Gestione apertura nuove referenze e anagrafica articoli (transcodifiche, classificazione rigorosa) Controlli sistematici su procedure e registrazioni per prevenire errori di inserimento e disallineamenti Verifica della corretta valorizzazione fiscale/contabile delle giacenze secondo criterio LIFO 2) Supporto alla Responsabile Qualità e al Sistema Qualità Raccolta ed elaborazione dati su non conformità, reclami, resi, anomalie e azioni correttive Predisposizione di report periodici e monitoraggio indicatori di processo/obiettivi qualità Supporto nell'analisi cause e follow-up delle azioni correttive Collaborazione su documentazione per audit interni/esterni e aggiornamento di procedure/istruzioni operative 3) Analisi dati e reporting Raccolta, organizzazione e analisi dati interfunzionali Creazione/aggiornamento di KPI, dashboard e report per Direzione e Qualità Analisi scostamenti vs obiettivi e individuazione driver (costi, efficienza, tempi, qualità, performance operative) Requisiti Formazione Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (preferibilmente conseguita di recente) Interesse/esperienza in Qualità / Operations / Controllo di Gestione / Miglioramento Processi (plus) Competenze tecniche Excel avanzato (formule, tabelle pivot, analisi dati) Buona capacità di interpretazione dati e impostazione reportistica Interesse per BI (preferibile Power BI) Plus: conoscenza ISO 9001 e sistemi di gestione qualità Cosa offriamo CCNL Commercio Tempo indeterminato per profili con esperienza (per neolaureati: iniziale tempo determinato) RAL 28.000 - 35.000 € (in base a profilo/esperienza) Mensa interna Orario: 08:00 - 17:00 Se pensi di avere le competenze e l'attitudine per questo ruolo, inviaci la tua candidatura! *Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
