Per Prestigiosa Realtà Multinazionale del settore Oil & Gas a Firenze (FI), si ricerca un/una: SHIPPING E LOGISTIC SPECIALIST Di cosa ti occuperai? All'interno del Dipartimento Shipping, la risorsa inserita presidierà le attività di spedizione e logistica legate ad un importante Cliente USA, con focus sulla gestione documentale contrattuale legata a trasporti e pratiche doganali, lavorando a stretto contatto con funzioni interne (GTE), Shipping Manager, team di progetto (Italia/USA) e partner logistici, garantendo puntualità, accuratezza e piena compliance a standard HSE e valori aziendali. Più nello specifico seguirà le seguenti attività: Supporto allo Shipping Manager nella gestione dei trasporti di progetto (principalmente via mare ma presenti anche terra e aereo) Emissione, controllo, scambio e archiviazione della documentazione di spedizione e doganale. Sollecito e accelerazione del flusso documentale tra le parti, quando necessario. Coordinamento operativo con il team spedizioni di progetto (Firenze e Stati Uniti). Gestione end-to-end delle spedizioni assegnate: contatto con lo spedizioniere, follow-up, aggiornamento status a team di progetto e, se richiesto, al Cliente. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli analoghi (spedizioni/logistica), preferibilmente in contesti complessi e strutturati Indispensabile Inglese fluente, livello C1 sia nello scritto che nel parlato Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team. Autonomia nella gestione delle attività e rispetto delle scadenze.
