Per Luxury Brand selezioniamo: Boutique Manager _ High Watches Luxury Boutique _ Milano Sarai inserito/a in una boutique di uno dei brand più rinomati specializzati nel prodotto alta orologeria di Lusso su Milano Centro. Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Coordinare, motivare e sviluppare il team di vendita (selezione, affiancamento, feedback, valutazione performance). Pianificare turni, ferie e copertura oraria garantendo un presidio efficace della boutique. Promuovere una cultura orientata al cliente, alla qualità del servizio e al rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Assicurare il corretto allestimento della boutique nel rispetto delle linee guida HQ. Curare l'immagine degli spazi espositivi e la manutenzione generale del punto vendita. Gestire operazioni di cassa, pagamenti, procedure tax free e policy di incasso. Monitorare stock, inventari e procedure di sicurezza (valori, prodotti ad alto valore, aperture/chiusure). Redigere reportistica periodica verso la sede su vendite, clienti e mercato. Garantire il raggiungimento e il superamento dei target di vendita (KPI quantitativi e qualitativi). Analizzare i principali indicatori di performance (conversion rate, ATV, UPT, CRM, stock rotation). Presidiare l'esperienza cliente in boutique, assicurando un servizio consulenziale in linea con i valori dell'alta orologeria. Costruire e mantenere relazioni di lungo periodo con la clientela locale e internazionale. Sviluppare attività di clienteling, agenda appuntamenti, eventi dedicati, follow-up e post-vendita. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo (Store/Boutique Manager o Vice) in contesti Luxury o Premium, preferibilmente orologeria, gioielleria o accessori alta gamma. Forte orientamento al cliente e al servizio tipico del luxury retail. Spiccate capacità di people management, leadership e motivazione del team. Solida sensibilità commerciale ed esperienza nella gestione dei KPI. Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerata un plus (es. cinese, arabo, russo). Affidabilità, standing curato, discrezione e attenzione al dettaglio. Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e dei sistemi di cassa/retail. Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore, 5 su 7, da lunedì a domenica su turnazione Offerta Contrattuale: Contratto: a tempo indeterminato diretto con Azienda Cliente CCNL di riferimento: Commercio Retribuzione e benefit: 1° Livello/Quadro, RAL a partire dai 45K, commisurati all'expertise del/la candidato/a; previsto sistema incentivante pari al 15% della RAL legata al raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi annuali, riparametrato alla data di assunzione, in aggiunta agli incentivi legati al raggiungimento dei KPI quantitativi di Boutique.
