Gi Group, prima Agenzia per il Lavoro Italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti nel settore delle Risorse Umane RICERCA per importante Società operante nel settore televisivo: IMPIEGATO/A SUPPORTO ATTIVITÀ DI BIGLIETTERIA FESTIVAL MUSICALE La risorsa sarà impiegata per fornire supporto operativo/amministrativo alle attività di gestione dei servizi di biglietteria nell'ambito dell'edizione 2027 del festival musicale aziendale. Attività: Interfaccia operativo con il fornitore del servizio di gestione della biglietteria, per tutte le attività di reportistica/modulistica/inserimento dati/compilazione file, finalizzati alla catalogazione e assegnazione di posti a sedere in teatro Interfaccia operativo con i referenti aziendali e l'Ente Comune dove ha sede dell'evento e con le strutture alberghiere Compilazione della reportistica/comunicazioni nell'ambito del rapporto con Ente Comune /strutture locali destinatarie di biglietti per il Festival Supporto operativo all'Ente Comune e alle strutture alberghiere, sia nelle fasi precedenti che durante la manifestazione per eventuali problematiche nelle attività operative per l'assegnazione dei posti a sedere, anche attraverso coordinamento con il Fornitore del servizio di gestione della biglietteria. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea triennale in materie giuridico/economiche Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel Capacità relazionali, organizzative e attitudine al lavoro di gruppo È richiesta la disponibilità a effettuare trasferte nel comune sede dell'evento, durante la manifestazione e nelle 2 settimane precedenti.
