Per azienda cliente, società pubblica operante nell'ambito dei servizi a supporto degli Enti Locali, con sede a Camposampiero (PD) selezioniamo: 1 IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO GARE Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Supporto alla gestione delle procedure negoziate per l'affidamento di lavori pubblici. Analisi e verifica della documentazione di gara, con particolare riferimento a capitolati, disciplinari, lettere di invito, offerte e documentazione amministrativa. Supporto alle attività istruttorie nelle diverse fasi delle procedure di affidamento. Utilizzo delle piattaforme informatiche di approvvigionamento digitale per la gestione delle procedure di gara. Supporto agli Enti convenzionati nella predisposizione, gestione e verifica della documentazione necessaria. Monitoraggio delle scadenze procedurali e cura degli adempimenti amministrativi di competenza. Collaborazione all'applicazione delle disposizioni del D. Lgs. 36/2023 e successive modificazioni. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Pregressa esperienza in uffici gare o presso Enti Locali; Preferibile familiarità con le piattaforme di e-procurement; Preferibile conoscenza del D.Lgs. 36/2023; Precisione, organizzazione e orientamento al lavoro di squadra; Capacità di gestire con autonomia le attività assegnate e di approfondire una materia articolata e in continua evoluzione, quale quella dei contratti pubblici. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con iniziale contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato, scopo assunzione stabile. CCNL applicato: commercio e terziario Livello di inquadramento: 5-2 La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 23000 e € 32000 annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. Sono inoltre previsti buoni pasto elettronici da € 8,00, premi di produttività secondo la contrattazione aziendale e piattaforma welfare per la gestione dei premi, orario settimanale modulabile da 35 a 40 ore, con possibilità di lavoro agile per 1-2 giornate alla settimana, compatibilmente con le esigenze del servizio.
