Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Milano Office, cerchiamo per importante cliente, operante nel settore della consulenza per la comunicazione e marketing crosscanale, una figura di: ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Il candidato/a ideale entrerà a far parte di un team molto affiatato e dinamico e sarà la persona che supporterà in attività amministrative e di contabilità generale. Si occuperà nello specifico di: Gestione amministrativa Fatturazione attiva e passiva: emissione e ricezione fatture Gestione degli incassi e dei pagamenti Tesoreria Contabilità generale, con chiusure mensili e annuali F24 e adempimenti fiscali Supporto al controllo di gestione e reportistica Attività di office management Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Diploma di Ragioneria o Laurea triennale in Economia (o titoli equivalenti) Esperienza, anche minima, in ambito amministrativo e/o contabile Buona dimestichezza nell'uso del pc e conoscenza pacchetto office Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Costituiscono un plus: Conoscenza della lingua spagnola Conoscenza e pregresso utilizzo di strumenti gestionali contabili Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali e comunicative, forte passione per la materia, disponibilità e voglia di crescere all'interno di un contesto giovane e in continua evoluzione. Orario di lavoro: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9.00 alle 18.00 Offerta Contrattuale: Si offre : O inserimento in STAGE di 6 mesi con un rimborso spese di 800 € mensili O inserimento a TEMPO DETERMINATO di 12 mesi in azienda, da valutare in base all'esperienza CCNL applicato: Commercio Livello di inquadramento: IV livello Retribuzione prevista: La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 25.000 e € 27.000 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. L'azienda offre inoltre: Crescita professionale Affiancamento: un buddy che ti seguirà nelle attività fin dal tuo ingresso. Formazione continua: fino a 37 corsi che rilasciano certificazioni (come Google e AI), e conoscenza ed utilizzo di strumenti per l'automazione dei processi amministrativi mediante Intelligenza Artificiale. Benefit: Welfare aziendale di 1500 € e politica premiante al raggiungimento di obiettivi.
