Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Roma Office, cerchiamo per Ente pubblico: 1 ASSISTENTE AMMINISTRATIVO ECONOMICO Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? - Collaborazione alle attività amministrative e contabili relative al supporto, monitoraggio e coordinamento delle attività di promozione dell'attrazione di investimenti esteri diretti, analisi, scouting, nonché alle attività promozionali anche digitali per la gestione integrata dei lead della Sede. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Diploma - Competenze amministrativo/contabili per supporto funzionari incaricati; - Conoscenza dell'uso delle apparecchiature informatiche e degli applicativi informatici più diffusi, inclusi software di grafica e disegno; - Conoscenza di una seconda lingua dell'Unione Europea. - Capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team; - Orientamento al risultato; - Capacità di comunicare efficacemente; - Propensione ad ascoltare attivamente; - Capacità di organizzare adeguatamente il proprio lavoro e di individuare gli strumenti più appropriati per lo svolgimento del lavoro assegnato; - Problem solving. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato dal 02/11/2026 fino al 31/12/2026 CCNL applicato: Ccnl Comparto Ministeri Livello di inquadramento: Assistenti Retribuzione prevista: La retribuzione prevista è pari a €1834,56 lordi, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale e alle mansioni previste per la posizione. È inoltre prevista un'indennità annua di €1972,68 lordi. Sono inoltre previsti ticket di 7,00€ e un sistema premiante secondo i criteri definiti dalla contrattazione aziendale.
