Per azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico, selezioniamo: ADDETTO/ADDETTA AL CONTROLLO QUALITA' - CARPENTERIA Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Inserito all'interno dell'area Controllo Qualità della Carpenteria Metallica, avrai la responsabilità della verifica della conformità delle lavorazioni e dei prodotti realizzati. Ti occuperai principalmente di: - controllo visivo delle lavorazioni di carpenteria e delle saldature; - verifica dimensionale dei particolari e degli assiemi realizzati; - controllo della conformità dei prodotti rispetto ai disegni tecnici e alle specifiche richieste; - utilizzo degli strumenti di misura, tra cui calibro, metro e sistemi di misurazione laser; - compilazione, gestione e archiviazione della documentazione relativa ai controlli qualità; - segnalazione e gestione delle eventuali non conformità; - collaborazione costante con l'Ufficio Tecnico e con il reparto Produzione per garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - esperienza pregressa in carpenteria metallica, preferibilmente in attività di controllo qualità; - ottima capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico; - ottima conoscenza e utilizzo degli strumenti di misura, in particolare calibro e strumenti di misurazione laser; - buona conoscenza delle lavorazioni di carpenteria e dei principali processi di saldatura; - precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di individuare eventuali difformità; - capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di collaborare efficacemente con produzione e ufficio tecnico.
