Per storica azienda italiana del settore Fashion Retail, siamo alla ricerca di un/a RETAIL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST Principali responsabilità Il/la Retail Merchandising Specialist sarà inserito nell'Ufficio Stile e Prodotto e avrà il compito di supportare l'intero ciclo di sviluppo collezione, dal concept alla produzione, garantendo coerenza tra linee guida stilistiche, strategie commerciali e obiettivi di marginalità. Nel dettaglio, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: collabora nella definizione dei piani di collezione, assicurando equilibrio tra proposta creativa e obiettivi commerciali; supporta la costruzione dell'assortimento per categorie merceologiche, fasce prezzo e target di riferimento; gestisce la pianificazione e il monitoraggio dei tempi di sviluppo e produzione; analizza le performance di prodotto, rotazioni e sell out, traducendo i dati in azioni correttive per le successive fasi di sviluppo; monitora i costi di prodotto e le marginalità, supportando l'analisi dei costi industriali e delle distinte base; collabora alla definizione del pricing di collezione e dei target di costo; redige report periodici su avanzamento collezione, analisi vendite e indicatori di performance; mantenere il contatto con i fornitori, assicurando qualità, tempistiche e rispetto dei parametri concordati. Requisiti richiesti Laurea in economia o discipline legate al settore moda; Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analoghi (merchandising, sviluppo prodotto, planning collezione) maturate in aziende del settore fashion retail; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Buone capacità analitiche, organizzative, attitudine al lavoro in team e attenzione al dettaglio completano il profilo.
