GI GROUP SPA, prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro, per un'importante realtà industriale internazionale operante nel settore della produzione di apparecchiature ad alta tecnologia, ricerca un: Analista Chimico Responsabilità: Sviluppo metodi e validazione: sviluppare procedure analitiche per metalli (composizione bulk e tracce) con OES/XRF, combustione ed estrazione a caldo; e per metalli in soluzione dopo digestione con ICP-OES/ICP-MS. Pianificare ed eseguire validazione/verifica (accuratezza, ripetibilità/riproducibilità, linearità, range, selettività, robustezza, carryover, LOD/LOQ) e confermare la tracciabilità metrologica tramite CRM. Definire e mantenere i budget di incertezza di misura (preparazione campione, calibrazione, performance strumentale) in linea con applicazione e decision rule. Redigere e mantenere piani/report di validazione e documenti controllati (SOP/WI) con gestione revisioni e valutazione impatti delle modifiche; Data integrity e gestione dati: garantire acquisizione, elaborazione e reporting secondo procedure controllate (configurazione strumenti, audit trail, versioning, calcoli tracciabili). Eseguire review tecnica e validazione risultati (stato calibrazioni, conformità QC, integrità campioni, controlli di plausibilità). Gestire archiviazione sicura e recupero dei dati grezzi/record con leggibilità nel lungo periodo e accessi controllati. Gestire i dati in modo strutturato con LIMS e fogli validati applicando principi ALCOA++. Condurre indagini e azioni correttive per non conformità, eventi di data integrity o QC fuori specifica; implementare CAPA e verificarne l'efficacia; Esecuzione analisi chimiche avanzate: svolgere analisi con metodi validati, inclusa preparazione campioni (pesata, digestione, diluizione), calibrazione e verifiche QC. Preparare reagenti e standard con tracciabilità documentata; gestire CRM e soluzioni di riferimento (stoccaggio, etichettatura, scadenze). Eseguire controlli di routine e verifiche prestazionali; coordinare manutenzione e troubleshooting con fornitori. Assicurare gestione sicura di chimici e rifiuti (risk assessment, DPI, compliance ambientale e regole di sito); Reportistica e interpretazione risultati: preparare report di prova conformi (identificazione metodo, tracciabilità, stato QC, incertezza quando applicabile). Interpretare risultati per caratterizzazione materiali, monitoraggio corrosione, failure analysis e supporto al processo; comunicare conclusioni agli stakeholder. Supportare definizione di decision rules e dichiarazioni di conformità coerenti con requisiti cliente/norme; Gestione subfornitori e audit: valutare tecnicamente report di laboratori esterni (equivalenza metodo, incertezza, evidenze di tracciabilità, adeguatezza QC). Supportare qualifica e follow-up fornitori come esperto di analisi chimiche; contribuire a preparazione ed esecuzione audit. Supportare audit interni/esterni (enti di accreditamento, clienti) fornendo evidenze oggettive su validazione, incertezza, competenza e data management; Requisiti: Laurea in Chimica, Chimica Analitica, Ingegneria Chimica o diploma 5 anni indirizzo chimico; Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di laboratori industriali accreditati ISO/IEC 17025; Esperienza diretta in attività di analisi composizione metallica e analisi metalli in matrice acquosa ICP-OES/ICP-MS; Conoscenza livello B2/C1 lingua inglese; Cosa offriamo: Inserimento diretto in azienda; CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria; Retribuzione prevista compresa tra €37.000,00 to €48.500,00 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alla mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
