Cerchi un ruolo tecnico in ambito edile in cui seguire le commesse principalmente da ufficio, con visite in cantiere limitate e mirate? Vuoi occuparti di preventivi, materiali e documentazione contribuendo alla buona riuscita dei lavori? Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Cuneo, cerchiamo per azienda cliente del settore Edilizia: IMPIEGATO TECNICO DI CANTIERE / GEOMETRA DI COMMESSA Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Inserito/a all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico, seguirai le attività operative legate alle commesse, con particolare attenzione alla gestione delle richieste di preventivo, al controllo dei materiali e alla verifica della documentazione tecnica. La posizione prevede prevalentemente attività d'ufficio e sporadici sopralluoghi in cantiere, quando necessario per verifiche specifiche. Gestione delle richieste di preventivo a fornitori e subappaltatori, raccolta e confronto delle offerte; Supporto alla preventivazione di commessa e organizzazione delle informazioni tecnico-economiche; Verifica del materiale (coerenza tra ordine, specifiche tecniche, capitolato e necessità di commessa) e supporto al monitoraggio degli approvvigionamenti; Controllo, archiviazione e aggiornamento della documentazione edile e di lavorazione (progetto, elaborati, documenti tecnici di commessa); Interfaccia con ufficio acquisti e referenti operativi per allineamento su tempi, priorità e fabbisogni; Eventuale supporto su disegni tecnici (modifiche/aggiornamenti), senza richiesta di realizzazione da zero. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Diploma di Geometra (o formazione tecnica equivalente) e conoscenza dell'ambito edile; Esperienza (anche breve) in ruoli tecnici di commessa/ufficio tecnico/cantiere con focus su documentazione, materiali e preventivi; Capacità di lettura di elaborati tecnici e gestione documentale; Gradita dimestichezza con strumenti CAD per piccole modifiche/aggiornamenti; Precisione, organizzazione, capacità di lavorare per priorità e orientamento al problem solving; Se ti riconosci in queste caratteristiche, candidati subito! Orario di lavoro: Dal lunedì al venerdì, 8:30-12:30 e 14:00-18:00. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo determinato, con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato. CCNL applicato: Edilizia Livello di inquadramento: 4° o 5° livello, definito in base all'esperienza. La retribuzione prevista è pari tra € 2.095,89 lordi mensili e € 2.209,70 lordi mensili, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale e alle mansioni previste per la posizione.
