Organizzazione dell'attività (mensile) 50% del tempo (circa 2 settimane/mese): attività di Beauty Consultant a contatto diretto con il cliente, con focus su consulenza e vendita. 50% del tempo (circa 2 settimane/mese): attività di Retail Specialist, con focus su:analisi vendite visual merchandising Nelle settimane dedicate all'attività Retail, l'orario è dal lunedì al venerdì: questo garantisce 2 weekend al mese sempre liberi. Area di competenza 35 punti vendita assegnati 70% dell'attività concentrata su Verona e hinterland Richiesta disponibilità a sporadiche trasferte nel Triveneto (saranno poche) Compiti e responsabilità Attività Beauty Consultant (2 settimane/mese) Promuovere e vendere i prodotti sui tre assi (skincare / make-up / fragranze) offrendo un servizio consulenziale premium Garantire un'eccellente esperienza cliente e massimizzare le opportunità di vendita 2.
