La divisione specializzata Permanent Consultant di Gi Group seleziona per azienda operante nel settore packaging plastico una figura di: MECCANICO / ATTREZZISTA - REPARTO SOFFIAGGIO (Estrusione-Soffiaggio) Il Contesto Inserimento all'interno del reparto Soffiaggio, in un team strutturato di meccanici organizzati su squadre. La persona sarà coinvolta nelle attività di attrezzaggio (cambio stampi), set-up di processo e manutenzione meccanica/oleodinamica/pneumatica su impianti di estrusione-soffiaggio, con affiancamento iniziale e passaggio di competenze da personale esperto. Principali Responsabilità Eseguire cambi stampo e cambi attrezzature sulle macchine soffiatrici, garantendo corretto montaggio/smontaggio e gestione dei circuiti di raffreddamento/termoregolazione Effettuare, quando necessario, pulizia vite e testa di estrusione Impostare e ottimizzare tempi/temperature di estrusione secondo scheda tecnica, regolando i parametri fino al raggiungimento degli standard qualitativi richiesti Avviare la produzione dopo consenso del Controllo Qualità e coordinamento con la funzione tecnica di riferimento, assicurando supporto continuo al reparto Gestire interventi in caso di fermi macchina, guasti, rotture e anomalie Collaborare al miglioramento qualitativo e produttivo e alla definizione dei parametri di processo per nuovi stampi/nuove attrezzature (con autonomia progressiva). Registrare e organizzare la collocazione degli stampi in magazzino. Eseguire manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria (meccanica, idraulica e pneumatica; esclusa la parte elettrica, gestita da personale dedicato) secondo indicazioni e priorità definite dal responsabile. Requisiti richiesti 2/3 Anni di in contesti industriali su macchine automatiche/impianti di estrusione-soffiaggio o affini In alternativa: esperienza su stampaggio a iniezione/estrusione con cambio stampi e avviamento produzione Conoscenza (o forte interesse ad apprendere) delle caratteristiche chimico-fisiche dei polimeri plastici. Diploma tecnico (meccanico/meccatronico o affini) preferibile Esperienza nel montaggio/smontaggio stampi complessi e nella gestione di circuiti di raffreddamento/termoregolazione. Conoscenza e rispetto rigoroso delle procedure di sicurezza su macchinari industriali. Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico. Plus (non indispensabile): utilizzo di macchine utensili e attrezzature quali tornio, fresa, sega, piegatrice e saldatura (TIG/ossiacetilenica/elettrodo). Disponibilità a reperibilità weekend a rotazione (indicativamente 1 al mese). Offerta contrattuale Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato (6 o 12 mesi) finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato CCNL Gomma e plastica, RAL 28.000 - 38.000 € in funzione dell'esperienza + compenso reperibilità Orario di lavoro Giornaliero con reperibilità 1 weekend al mese a rotazione Possibile, solo in fase di formazione, l'organizzazione anche su 3 turni (da definire in fase di colloquio).
