Per importante realtà industriale attiva nella gestione e valorizzazione dei rifiuti, ricerchiamo un Manutentore Meccanico da inserire nel territorio della Provincia di Grosseto. Attività principali: La risorsa, si occuperà di: - Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dell'impianto, con focus sulle componenti meccaniche di apparecchiature, impianti e mezzi d'opera dello stabilimento, secondo pianificazione; - Compilazione schede di ispezione impianto con regolarità e segnalazione tempestiva di anomalie funzionali; - Segnalazione immediata di eventuali situazioni non conformi rispetto a sicurezza e vincoli ambientali; - Proposta di miglioramenti impiantistici e/o modifiche sull'installato per ottimizzare operatività e manutenzione; - Collaborazione alla definizione del piano ricambi, evidenziando criticità e situazioni di sotto-scorta; - Conduzione dell'impianto secondo procedure operative; - Controllo delle attività di scarico rifiuti (verifiche operative e supporto alla gestione in area conferimento). Requisiti: - Diploma tecnico. - Esperienza minima di 2 anni in manutenzione meccanica su impianti industriali/linee di processo (preferenziale: settore ambiente, trattamento rifiuti, impianti di compostaggio); - Buona manualità, autonomia operativa e capacità di diagnosi guasti; - Attitudine al lavoro in squadra, affidabilità e attenzione alle procedure; - Sensibilità a tematiche HSE (sicurezza e ambiente); - Plus: esperienza su mezzi d'opera e attrezzature di stabilimento; capacità di lettura base di documentazione tecnica e compilazione report. Orario di lavoro: Turno dal lunedì alla domenica con orario 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00. Da valutare, possibilità di eventuale orario giornaliero dal lunedì al venerdì. Offerta Contrattuale: Contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato, con durata massima di 12 mesi. CCNL applicato: Elettrico Livello di inquadramento: B2 Retribuzione prevista: La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 28.500 e € 30.500 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. Ticket restaurant: 10,80 €.
