Pour notre client HALEON, leader mondial dans le secteur de la santé, nous recherchons un :

Opérateur Logistique avec permis poids lourd

Au travers de cette mission vous aurez la responsabilité d'assurer l’acheminement de tous types d’articles (ADC, API, Consommables, déchets, etc..) depuis les différents points de livraison, de stockage jusqu’au point d’utilisation ou de recyclage, en s’assurant et maintenant leur propreté dans le respect des règles GMP et HSE.

Votre impact :

Vous avez un impact direct sur la traçabilité des composants utilisés dans la fabrication de nos médicaments.

Responsabilités clés:

  • Contrôler et enregistrer la bonne identification, le bon aspect extérieur et la quantité des articles reçus depuis un tiers.
  • Identifier la marchandise afin d’assurer la traçabilité tout au long de sa vie sur site.
  • Effectuer la mise en stock en se conformant aux instructions données par SAP, en s’assurant de la bonne protection, du bon arrimage et de la bonne identification de la marchandise
  • Acheminer la marchandise sur site depuis les différents points de stockage en suivant les instructions SAP ou les demandes hors système.
  • Enregistrer dans SAP chaque étape du transfert afin de toujours savoir où se situe physiquement la marchandise.
  • Mettre à disposition sur ligne la marchandise en temps, en heure et en quantité suffisante pour assurer la fabrication (PHC, Bulk, Conditionnement, etc.)
  • Assurer la remise en stock de la marchandise dans l’ensemble des points de stockage identifiés.
  • Respecter le zoning : apporter les protections nécessaires pour le passage d’une zone à l’autre.
  • Gérer la bonne identification, la pesée et le bon respect de la filière de déchets en les acheminant vers les points de collecte, de compactage et de chargement.
  • Préparer, emballer, identifier et charger les produits finis ou exports divers.
  • Maintenir les zones d’activité propre et en ordre.
  • Respecter et maintenir en ordre les équipements de manutention (chariots, convoyeurs, ascenseurs, échangeur de palette, filmeuse, camion, wagon).
  • Contribuer à la formation de nouveaux agents flux matières.
  • Participer à des actions et projets d’amélioration.

Votre profil:

3/4 an d’expérience minimum en logistique inclus l’apprentissage (Réception, Stockage, manutention) en industrie Pharmaceutique, Cosmétique, Agroalimentaire ou technologie de pointe reconnu pour les hauts standards appliqués.

Vous êtes reconnue pour votre polyvalence, votre autonomie ainsi que votre capacité d’adaptation.
