We zoeken een Senior Developer die de technische verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen voor systemen die automobilisten en handhavers in Nederland gebruiken. Kom jij ons team versterken en ons helpen de oplossing te bouwen die steden in beweging houdt.

Over de functie Als Senior Developer speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van onze SaaS-applicatie en de architectuur. Je werkt nauw samen met ons product- en ontwikkelteam en met collega's van Giant Leap in Noorwegen. Samen ontwerp en lever je veilige, schaalbare en betrouwbare oplossingen voor onze klanten in de Nederlandse publieke sector.

Jouw dag Jouw dag begint met een korte stand-up. Daarna ben je vooral hands-on bezig: je bouwt features in PHP en Laravel, reviewt code en helpt andere developers om klantbehoeften om te zetten in solide oplossingen. Automobilisten en handhavers in Nederlandse steden gebruiken elke dag wat jij bouwt. Je werk heeft een echte, zichtbare impact in de samenleving, en daarom doen we geen concessies aan kwaliteit.

Wie ben jij

  • HBO denk- en werkniveau
  • 5+ jaar ervaring als software ontwikkelaar, met sterke PHP-kennis (bij voorkeur Laravel)
  • Ruime ervaring met REST API's, relationele databases en schaalbare backend-architectuur, inclusief caching en messaging (bijv. Redis, RabbitMQ)
  • Ervaring met of interesse in AI-gedreven ontwikkelmethoden
  • Je neemt technisch eigenaarschap en ondersteunt andere developers in een Agile team
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

Een pré als je ervaring hebt met NextJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure (AKS), CI/CD, Terraform of ArgoCD, of interesse hebt in AI-ondersteund ontwikkelen.

Giant Leap werd opgericht in 2000 en is ontstaan vanuit de technologie gemeenschap rond NTNU in Trondheim, Noorwegen. Vandaag heeft het bedrijf meer dan 1,5 miljoen eindgebruikers in 10 landen.
