Sales Administrator (Electronics Components)

Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,800 per month

Location: Singapore

About Our Client

Our client is an established Singapore-based company engaged in the distribution and trading of electronic components, computer hardware and IT equipment. They are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an administrative and coordination role. The company has an established network of suppliers and customers, and the successful candidate will support the smooth execution of sales and purchase transactions. No business development or cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate the procurement and sale of electronic components and computer hardware.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics providers regarding orders, shipments and deliveries.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Track order status and follow up to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve operational issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales operations team.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

You will be involved in coordinating transactions relating to products such as:

  • Electronic components
  • Computer CPUs and processors
  • Memory modules and chips
  • Hard Disk Drives (HDD)
  • Solid State Drives (SSD)
  • Computer peripherals
  • IT equipment and accessories
  • Other computer hardware and electronic products

Requirements

  • Open to Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service or order processing is preferred.
  • Experience in the electronics, IT hardware or computer components industry will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration

  • Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,800 (commensurate with experience).
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with an established electronics trading company.
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
