gicom steht seit über 25 Jahren für exzellente Lösungen im SAP-Umfeld. Als langjähriger Partner der SAP verbinden wir eigene Produktentwicklung mit klassischem SAP S/4HANA Consulting und begleiten unsere Kunden aus Handel, Konsumgüterindustrie und Fertigung bei der digitalen Transformation.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Netzwerks aus externen Dienstleistern, Beratungshäusern und Partnern suchen wir Verstärkung. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass gicom auf die richtigen externen Ressourcen zugreifen kann, pflegen bestehende Partnerschaften und unterstützen den Ausbau unserer strategischen Beziehung zu SAP. Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Netzwerks aus externen Dienstleistern, Beratungshäusern und Partnern
  • Betreuung bestehender Partner sowie Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer geeigneter Partnerschaften
  • Vermittlung unserer Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit Sales, Consulting und den verantwortlichen Projektteams
  • Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und Strukturen rund um Partner- und Dienstleistermanagement
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer strategischen Partnerschaft mit SAP
  • Repräsentation von gicom gegenüber Partnern, Dienstleistern und relevanten Netzwerken, auch auf Veranstaltungen und Messen

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld, im Partnermanagement, externen Ressourcenmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Freude am Aufbau und an der Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und passende Kooperationen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, aktiv auf potenzielle Partner und Dienstleister zuzugehen
  • Vertriebliche Denkweise und Freude daran, ein belastbares Netzwerk aufzubauen
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Geschick
  • Interesse am SAP- und Beratungsumfeld, vorhandene SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und das Ressourcen- und Partnermanagement bei gicom aktiv mitzugestalten
