Este profissional atua de forma estratégica e operacional, sendo fundamental para o bom funcionamento do departamento comercial.

  • Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo informações sobre produtos e serviços da empresa.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais, de acordo com as necessidades e demandas dos clientes, visando fechar negócios e aumentar as vendas.
  • Acompanhar o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente e identificando possíveis melhorias nos processos comerciais.
  • Manter o cadastro de clientes atualizado, registrando informações relevantes para a equipe de vendas.
  • Participar de reuniões e treinamentos, contribuindo com ideias e sugestões para o aprimoramento das estratégias comerciais.
  • Realizar pesquisas de mercado, analisando a concorrência e identificando oportunidades de negócio para a empresa.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de vendas na elaboração de estratégias para atingir as metas estabelecidas pela empresa.
  • Manter um bom relacionamento com os clientes, buscando fidelizá-los e garantir a continuidade dos negócios.
