  • Onboarding: Facilitating a smooth onboarding process to integrate new employees into the company culture efficiently.
  • Employee Relations: Building positive relationships and understanding employee needs to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in basic MS Office tools for maintaining records and preparing HR-related documents.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.
  • Help in policy dissemination and educate employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to address HR inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest innovative practices.
