What you will do

FUNCIONES:

  • Brindar soporte en la ejecución del proceso mensual de nómina.
  • Participar en la gestión de altas, bajas y modificaciones de personal en los sistemas de RR.HH.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y control de contratos, renovaciones y documentación laboral.
  • Gestionar los expedientes y legajos de personal, asegurando su actualización y correcto archivo.
  • Registrar y validar información relacionada con movimientos de personal y novedades de planilla.
  • Colaborar en la atención de requerimientos de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Apoyar en los procesos de liquidación de beneficios sociales.
  • Participar en la elaboración y actualización de reportes e indicadores de Payroll.
  • Coordinar la emisión y entrega de boletas de pago y otros documentos laborales.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos y censo de colaboradores.
  • Colaborar con iniciativas y proyectos del área de Recursos Humanos.

Requirements

  • Estudiante universitario de Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Desde 7mo u 8vo ciclo en adelante.
  • Interés en desarrollarse en las áreas de Administración de Personal, Payroll y Legislación Laboral.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Deseable experiencia previa de prácticas o apoyo administrativo en RR.HH.
  • Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y manejo de información confidencial.
